HMD Global is getting ready to release new smartphones soon. Recently, they updated their website with fresh graphics and hinted at the designs of the initial models. These leaks indicate that HMD is close to officially launching these phones.

HMD Pulse renders reveal complete design:

The standard HMD Pulse, as revealed by renders from MySmartPrice and OnLeaks, shares the same design as the Pulse Pro. The images display a punch-hole cutout in the center for the selfie camera, flat edges, and thin bezels around the screen. On the right side are the volume buttons and power button, while the SIM tray sits on the left. It has a boxy shape and is likely made of polycarbonate. The back hosts a square module for dual cameras, an LED flash, and the HMD logo. Unlike the Pulse Pro, it doesn’t have curved edges. Color options include Pink, Black, and Blue. HMD Pulse specifications (leaked)

According to the report, the HMD Pulse is expected to sport a 6.56-inch IPS display, but specifics about its resolution remain undisclosed. It’s likely to sport a 13MP main camera, suggesting it’s aimed at budget-conscious consumers. With a hefty 5,000mAh battery and an octa-core processor, it promises decent performance. However, details about the chipset are yet to be confirmed. Overall, it seems like a budget-friendly option with some solid features, though we’ll have to wait for more information to know for sure.

In contrast, the HMD Pulse Pro is set to sport a 6.56-inch IPS display with a smooth 90Hz refresh rate and a resolution of 1480X720 pixels. It might run on the Unisoc T606 SoC, coupled with 6GB RAM and 128GB internal storage. When it comes to photography, expect a powerful 50MP main camera alongside a 2MP depth sensor. This suggests the Pulse Pro will offer sharper visuals and faster performance compared to the standard Pulse model, making it a compelling choice for those seeking more advanced features.
