The Moto G64 5G is set to launch in India on April 16th, as confirmed by the company through a teaser video on X. The launch event kicks off at 12:00 pm. Motorola also revealed that the smartphone will be available for purchase on Flipkart, Motorola India’s e-store, and major retail stores across the country. Moto G64 5G specifications confirmed:
The Moto G64 5G will sport a 6.5-inch FHD+ display with a smooth 120Hz refresh rate, 240Hz touch sampling rate, and Corning Gorilla Glass protection. It’ll run on the MediaTek Dimensity 7025 chipset, making it the world’s first phone with this chipset. In terms of photography, it’ll boast a 50MP OIS main camera, an 8MP ultra-wide camera, and an 8MP macro + depth sensor. For selfies, there’s a 16MP front camera. The phone will be available in two versions: 8GB RAM with 128GB storage and 12GB RAM with 256GB storage. It also offers up to 24GB of extended RAM. Plus, it’s confirmed to have a big 6000mAh battery and support fast charging with 33W TurboPower.
The Moto G64 5G will run on Android 14 right from the start. It’s promised to receive an upgrade to Android 15 and will get security updates for three years. The phone also has an IP52 rating for water resistance, stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos for great sound, and My UX customization options for personalizing your experience.
