Redmi K70 Series: Insider Tips Launch Timeline for Highly Anticipated Smartphones

Redmi K70 Series Smartphones Launch

Launch of the Redmi K70 Series Smartphone is anticipated for December 2023.

Revealed : Expected Timeline for the Upcoming Redmi K70 Series

With the release of the Redmi K60 Ultra smartphone in China in August 2023, along with the release of other noteworthy products like the Mi MIX Fold 3 and Xiaomi Pad 6 Max, Xiaomi created headlines. Presently, the business is getting ready to launch the Redmi K60 Ultra in international marketplaces as the Xiaomi 13T Pro, replete with improved camera capabilities. An analysis of the IMEI listing for the forthcoming Redmi K70 series was done in June 2023.

More recently, information on the Redmi K70 Pro’s chipset, RAM, and Android version could be seen on the GeekBench listing. It’s crucial to note that a previous GeekBench listing mistook a K70 Pro for a Redmi K60 Ultra that had been given a new moniker. A trustworthy source named Xiaomiui has also located the smartphone in the MIUI 15 server. The Xiaomiui firmware version detection provides a clue as to when the forthcoming device will be released.

According to the Xiaomiui article, the new devices will ship pre-installed with MIUI 15, which is based on Android 14. It is anticipated that these impending K70 series upgrades will provide notable advancements over their predecessors. For these smartphones, Xiaomi is reportedly developing an internal stable version of MIUI 15, which is based on Android 14.

Redmi K70, K70 Pro, and K70i are the first three smartphones in Xiaomi’s K70 series lineup. Model numbers for these devices will be 23117RK66C, 2311DRK48C, and 23113RKC6C, respectively. These devices will have the model numbers MIUI-V15.0.0.2.UNLCNXM, MIUI-V15.0.0.2.UNKCNXM, and MIUI-V15.0.0.1.UNMCNXM, according to the report.

According to the rumor, Xiaomi is probably going to introduce these smartphones in China the first week of December. IMEI listings have previously suggested a possible launch in China at the end of November. It’s also important to remember that the Redmi K70 Pro is anticipated to only be available in the Chinese market. The other Redmi K70 series smartphones will be made available outside of China under the Poco F6 series name, according to Xiaomi.

The K70 Pro smartphone, with the model number 23117RK66C, scored an outstanding 1100 in single-core performance and 5150 in multi-core performance according to GeekBench listings. The presence of a Qualcomm chipset with an octa-core CPU and Adreno 750 GPU was confirmed by the listing.

This octa-core CPU has a 1 + 2 + 5 core arrangement with a maximum clock speed of 3.19GHz. According to the specs, it is very likely that the next K70 Pro smartphone will be run by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC, which is scheduled to be formally introduced by Qualcomm on October 24 in Hawaii. The listing also suggested that a 16GB RAM version would be available.

In light of current market trends, Xiaomi might also release greater RAM variations alongside the 16GB variant, possibly up to 24GB. Online rumors claim that Xiaomi may use the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC in the Redmi K70 standard model and the MediaTek Dimensity 9200+ chipset in the Redmi K70i more affordable model.
